Ordering on our web site should be easy to do, fairly quick and secure.
If you ever have a question about your order or an item shown at our site, you can email us at email@example.com or phone us at 603-776-7006. If no one answer when you phone, please leave a voice msg. It will be picked up and replied to promptly.
We can ship anywhere in the world that is serviced by the US Postal Service. Please be sure to include all relevant information regarding your order’s intended destination, so that it will be easiest for your post office to know where exactly to deliver the package.
If needed, consult our shipping policies or the nearest US Post office for overseas postage rates.
Our CDs are burnt from iTunes tracks and should work in all regions, including Europe, the UK, South America and Asia. Those of you in countries outside the U.S. should have no problems playing them. Please let us know if you do.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of their receipt. You should expect to receive your package within 7 – 10 business days (depending on your location and chosen delivery method). If a product is back-ordered, you will be informed when it is, in fact, shipped.
You should receive your order within two to three weeks. If not, feel free to contact us and/or your local post office or customs office.
We do not maintain a data base of individual countries’ customs procedures and protocols. So, please inform us at the time of ordering if you have any special requirements/need any special notation marked on your package.
