I much enjoy teaching songwriting, which I have done frequently.  It brings me much satisfaction to open the doors to the principles behind songs.

I recognize that not every student has an interest in writing songs but many do and I really like assisting that effort when it presents itself.

Towards that end, I spent the time a number of years ago to put together a thorough walk-through of the process, from my perspective.  The document which came out of that effort is titled Songwriting.
